Audrey Herrera is an artist who explores her relationship with beauty, sexuality, and the body through photography and painting. Her photoshoots are of the queer people and sex workers in her personal life. She captures people retreating to their physical or mental spaces of solitude, where they can fully express a beauty not defined by capitalist or colonial values.

QUEER EXPOSURE is a monthly photo slideshow at MOTHER featuring queer photographers. The slideshow screens on a loop all night on the reception date, and then is featured in our rotating visuals for the month until the next show.
